Thomas holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports and Conditioning with minors in Coaching and Psychology and brings over 15 years of coaching experience in CrossFit, martial arts, and personal training. He has competed in strongman, functional fitness events, and long-distance running.
His specialties include exercise for longevity, body recomposition with a focus on muscle building, and endurance training. Having grown up in the gym environment, Thomas developed a passion for exploring a wide range of training styles rather than focusing on a single discipline. This broad experience allows him to design individualized programs tailored to each client’s goals, abilities, and experience level. His approach emphasizes long-term development, education, and sustainable progress.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Conditioning from Texas A&M University, with minors in Coaching and Psychology. He has over 10 years of experience in the gym and more than 5 years of personal training experience.
Since beginning his training career in 2020, Mike has worked with clients across a wide range of ages and abilities, from youth athletes (ages 10–17) to older adults in their 70s. His experience includes private training, small group coaching, and class-based instruction, with a strong emphasis on one-on-one client development.
He specializes in athletic strength and conditioning, injury prevention and rehabilitation, and performance training for both general population clients and competitive athletes, including powerlifters and strongman competitors. Mike has competed in powerlifting, strongman events, and multiple endurance races, including 5K, 10K, and marathon distances. His training philosophy centers on measurable progress, strength development, and long-term athletic performance.
